Plan to arrive at the Ghost Bus parking lot 30 minutes before the time listed on your ticket. Parking is $16 at the lot, or $13 if you purchase online in advance http://www.easternstate.org/halloween/visit/parking-directions. The buses loop every show night from 6 pm until 30 minutes past the last tour.
